This unit is on the corner of in the prestigeous Majestic Beach Towers. Located on the third floor, and just a few steps away from the elevator, you'll enjoy all the conveniences you desire. The breezeway to the parking garage and movie theatre is just a few feet from the door. No more lengthy walks to and from the beach. Getting on the beach has never been quicker. You're literally 15 steps to the elevator, and 50 steps to the sand. It's that close to the beach.

Designed with comfort and style in mind. Features a designer Queen bed with an ultra-soft mattress and a sleeper-sofa for additional guests. Flat-screen TV's equipped with cable, both in the bedroom and the den, with a VCR and DVD players. Elegant wood and glass dining table and stainless bar-stools that line the bar area. You will think you have walked into someone's warm and stylish home, not a condo on the beach. Wireless internet is also available.

Onsite movie theatre, conference rooms, Starbucks, and more. You've got it all within walking distance.

Where Do I Check-In?
Our condo unit is managed by the onsite management company, and thus you will check in at the front desk upon your arrival. A confirmation number is handy, but not required.

What time do I check in and check out?
Check-in is at 4:00pm (or sooner, check with the front desk) and check-out is at 10:00am.

I didn't get a confirmation number, do I need one?
It's not required, but if you'd like one email rentals@thinkventures.com and we'll get you one.

Is there maid service?
There is no daily maid service. If you need fresh linens please call the front desk.

Where is the garbage dump?
There is a trash closet/chute out the front door and approximately 100 feet to the left.

What time does the Majestic Market open?
Hours are 7am to 7pm. Features Starbucks Coffee, fresh breakfast pastries and muffins, gourmet sandwiches, tossed salads, and pantry items and snacks and souvenirs.

Where do I park?
Free parking is available to you in the Majestic Beach Towers parking garage with fully enclosed walkway to Tower 1.

Where is the closest grocery store?
Publix on Middle Beach road: Map
Wal-Mart on Front beach road: Map

Where is the movie theatre and when are the showings?
Generally movies are shown on Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30. Theatre is located adjacent to the parking garage. Check with the front desk for current showings and schedules.

Where can I play tennis?
The majestic resort does have onsite tennis courts available. They are located on top of the parking garage. Check with the front desk for availability.

Where is the health club and spa?
Hours of operation are 7:00 A.M. to 7:00 PM daily.

Where are the pools and hot tubs?
Pools and hot tubs are located on the West end of Tower 1 and the The West end of Tower 2 ... just below the condo's balcony.

"I just spent the weekend in this condo and it is absolutely lovely. Working with the owner to get a last minute stay was without a flaw. He was very accommodating and made checking in one of the smoothest I have had thus far. I spend a lot of time at the beach and staying at the Majestic was ideal. The location is great and this condo was perfect for us. It is right on the beach and everything was very nice and clean....much cleaner than other condos I have stayed at with much higher cleaning fees. I highly recommend this unit to other beach-goers and I am already planning future trips here as well."
